I would highly recommend Dixon residential. Both Josh and Pola were extremely helpful from the get go. Got back to any query I had very quickly and in an extremely efficient manner. They made the whole process of selling my house seamless and extremely straight forward and I never had anything to worry about. If you are looking for an estate agent these are your go to guys!!

I had the pleasure of buying from Josh and Pola this year and I can confidently say that they are two of the top agents in the country. From the terrifying never-ending rollercoaster of viewing houses to getting keys in my hand, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd gone to so many viewings that amounted to nothing- no interest from the agents and little to no information about the properties when I got there. The first house that I viewed with them was a much better experience; Josh was charming, knew about the area and could answer every question that I had. He even suggested another property that he was showing right after that might suit me better, and he was right! It took some more viewings (mostly with Dixon Residential) but I found The One and went sale agreed without too much fanfair or drama. The legal process was a total nightmare with title issues holding things up, but Dixon Residential answered every call, opened the door for my surveyor and really went above and beyond to get everything sorted to sign contracts as soon as possible. Pola is especially a superstar and I'd never have gotten through to the other side without her; when I would call with worries about the sale she always contacted the selling party and their solicitors and had answers for me within the day. Sometimes I didn't even get to call her before she was on the phone with the latest update! I also used their mortgage broker suggestion and I saved thousands when I switched, which I hadn't expected at all. Overall, if you're buying I would recommend Josh and Pola, and if the situation arises that I ever sell they'll be the agents at my side. You're going to need the support, professional advice and smiles that this team has.

Brilliant experience with Josh and Pola! I would happily recommend Dixon Residential.Josh and Pola and the team provided absolutely outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful throughout, and the high-quality photos of our property were exceptional. They were always prompt to respond to queries, but where they truly shined was their resilience. When our buyer pulled out late in the process, they didn't miss a beat and had us back to 'sale agreed' within a week. We are so grateful for their hard work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our closest friends and family. I feel they went the extra mile for us and we really appreciate all of their help and advice. A very personal service. Thanks again for everything!

Josh Dixon from Dixon Residential Estate Agents sold my property and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first time we met, he told me he could get €450,000 for my home and help me find an apartment to downsize to. Not only did he do that, but he managed to get an extra €15,000 for the property as well. As it was my first time moving, I wasn’t really sure what I was doing, but Josh made everything so easy. He helped me find my new home, arranged a solicitor, organised the moving truck, and guided me through the whole process. He was always there when I needed him and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would happily recommend Josh to anyone thinking about selling or moving, as he really bent over backwards to help me every step of the way.

We would highly recommend Josh and the staff at Dixon Residential. We recently sold our house which had been rented from some time. Josh assessed with everything required to get the property ready for sale, the viewings, the advertisement on social media, photography and video. Nothing was left undone. Josh was calm, efficient and professional thru the entire process. He was excellent with regular communications on all and any updates. Once the sale was agreed, which was quick, then the Dixon Residential office staff took on all queries and general administration. Again everything was so smooth. We would highly recommend Josh and team when selling a property .
